Our apparel and accessories are custom-made, so they are typically made and shipped within 5-10 business days. This may be sooner or later depending on how busy we are at the time.
Since all our items are handmade, we do not accept returns. The only exception is if the wrong item was shipped to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor/fragrance, hair, lint, etc. The item must be in new condition. Accessories are ineligible for return.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund; we do not accept exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your item has been approved to return, please send it back to the address below and include a note with your order number and email address letting us know if it’s a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it's unworn and free of odor, hair, lint, etc. there should not be an issue.
Please include your tracking number in the email.
The item must be in new condition. Accessories are ineligible for return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.
